Why was my 98 KB file rejected?

Some websites count 100 KB as 100,000 bytes. A file Windows calls 98 KB can be 100,352 bytes, which is over. SafeResize stays under both counts.

Will the photo lose quality?

At 100 KB most photos look the same to the eye. The result screen shows the quality it used.

Does it remove the location from my photo?
